Games on the SEC's Fox Sports South broadcast are on some satellite channels such as Fox Sports South, Sports South, and Sunshine Sports and have varied cable distribution.
Local Fox Sports cable affiliates have the option to preempt that network's coverage with the Fox Sports South broadcast.
For example, channel 38 on Cox Cable which is Fox Sports Southwest in Baton Rouge, LA often shows a Fox Sports South broadcast over Fox Sports Southwest's regularly scheduled broadcast.
When this happens, many times cable DVR guides will not be updated to reflect this.
titantv.com is a good source, but other online DVR guides also get correctly updated.
Games covered by the SEC's Fox Sports South package will also be shown on ESPN GamePlan.
Fox Sports South coverage will be available in the SEC region on satellite, but ESPN GamePlan is usually blacked out.
Outside the SEC region, ESPN GamePlan will be available, but channels that are showing the Fox Sports South broadcast may be blacked out.
All times are CT. Last updated 02/28/15.
